Al Taawoun’s Fahad Al Rashidi stunned leaders Al Ittihad and Al Khaleej escaped the relegation zone with victory against neighbours Ettifaq in Roshn Saudi League’s matchweek 25.

AL RAED 3-1 AL BATIN
Moroccan forward Karim El Berkaoui netted a first-half hat-trick when Al Raed powered past bottom-placed Al Batin.
His trio came within the opening 28 minutes, with the visitors then being unable to build on Andres Roa’s counterpunch.
Al Raed are 11th and Al Batin remain 16th.
ABHA 1-0 AL ADALAH
Saad Bguir’s late effort settled a tight contest with Al Adalah.
The Tunisia playmaker slotted in after a rapid counter attack from the hosts.
Abha are 10th and Al Adalah drop into 15th.
AL TAI 2-1 AL FAYHA
Alfa Semedo netted at both ends in a dramatic victory for Al Tai against Al Fayha.
Amir Sayoud gave the hosts an early lead, before Semedo turned into his own goal. But he earned redemption with a powerful header and earned victory.
Al Tai are seventh and Al Fayha sit 12th.
AL KHALEEJ 2-1 ETTIFAQ
Al Khaleej came from behind to earn a valuable victory in their battle against relegation.
Mohammed Al Kuwaykibi had put Ettifaq ahead, before Albania striker Sokol Cikalleshi’s nerveless leveller from the penalty spot. Fabio Martins’ brave header then made it two-successive wins.
Al Khaleej move 14th and Ettifaq are ninth.
AL TAAWOUN 2-1 AL ITTIHAD
Fahad Al Rashidi netted in both halves to condemn first-placed Al Ittihad to defeat.
A rasping, first-time strike and curled effort put them 2-0 ahead, with Abderrazak Hamdallah’s tap-in not proving enough for the visitors.
Al Taawoun jump to fifth and Al Ittihad remain top, three-point clear of Al Nassr.
AL WEHDA 0-2 DAMAC
Hillal Soudani and Farouk Chafai netted in the second half to see Damac past Al Wehda.
Soudani pounced from close range and Chafai rose highest to athletically head home from a corner.
Al Wehda are 13th and Damac are eighth.
AL SHABAB 1-0 AL FATEH
Argentina superstar Ever Banega produced a measured free-kick to earn victory for Al Shabab against 10-man Al Fateh.
Banega converted from the edge of the penalty in the second half.
Al Shabab stay third, six-points off the leaders. Al Fateh dropped to sixth.
